Quality Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the posters you have received from our shop, please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will investigate any quality concerns promptly. If we find that your concerns are justified, we will offer to send a replacement poster at no additional cost. If a replacement is not suitable, or you prefer not to wait for a new shipment, let us know, and we will provide a full refund.
Color Consistency
We aim to ensure that the colors in our posters match what you see on our website as closely as possible. However, due to the nature of printing, slight color variations can occur. These variations, typically minor, are a normal part of the printing process and do not qualify for returns or replacements under our quality guarantee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a poster that is defective or damaged upon arrival, such as tears, significant color discrepancies, or printing errors not related to the original design, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a complimentary replacement of the affected item. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect where possible.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit and does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please inform us. We will look into the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement poster at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our posters, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than defects or damages. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before finalizing it.
Incorrect Address and Rejected Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you or if the shipment is rejected upon delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement. We encourage all customers to verify their shipping details thoroughly before placing an order.
Unclaimed Orders
Orders not claimed by the customer and returned to us will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they can receive the shipment at the provided address. We recommend keeping track of your shipment using the tracking information provided.
